Scan the pile and every card comes back identified, condition called, valued off the live market, and priced with your margin. The seller sees one number for cash and a better one for store credit, and the credit balance lives in the shop.

Trades work the same way: both sides on screen, with the difference owed.

Consignment

Take in a collection without a spreadsheet.

Every consigned card carries its own record: what it scanned at, what it listed for, what it sold for, and the consignor's cut. The payout is worked out the moment the card sells, in cash owed or store credit.

The consignor gets a receipt they can read, so nobody reconciles a shoebox at month end.

Cross-listing

One scan, every channel.

Publish straight to eBay, including a single "pick your card" listing with each card as its own variation. Build the Whatnot bulk-upload file. Export to TCGplayer. All of it from the same scanned inventory, with condition attached.

eBay and Whatnot sales come back in, so a card that sells in one place comes off the others.
